KENTA, LAY, ICHIRO, AKIRA, and WATARI have updated their reviews.
This is Ohara from Noir Tokyo. I’ve been compiling the reviews we’ve received, including those posted on Google.
I believe this holds true across the service industry as a whole: today’s customers are incredibly discerning. Even when a business receives glowing feedback — whether on its own website, Google, or other platforms — customers don’t necessarily take it all at face value. In short, we live in an era where positive reviews don’t always translate directly into an influx of new customers. That’s simply the reality we operate in.
And yet, for those of us on the receiving end, knowing that a review is genuine brings a sense of pure joy. A review may not trigger an instant spike in revenue or a sudden rush of new clients, but it fills us with something far more lasting — heartfelt happiness. It is in those moments that I truly feel grateful to be doing this work. And that, I believe, is precisely what keeps this business sustainable for us. Fluctuations in revenue become almost secondary.
