Terms Update: How We Handle Service Requests Beyond the Menu

We have updated our Terms of Service to better reflect how service requests work in practice.

We have added a new clause clarifying that if you would like to request a service not listed in the INCLUDINGS, please ask the staff (boy / masseur) directly on the day. You are also welcome to check with the manager (owner / arranger / supervisor) in advance — however, the final decision always rests with the staff member you are working with. If the staff approves on the spot and there are no objections, the service will be provided. Please be aware that the manager’s assessment and the staff’s comfort on the day may not always align.

We have also added Consensual Acts Agreed with Staff to the INCLUDINGS list to reflect this more transparently. Our intention is simply to make it clear that we respect the autonomy of our staff, and that any service beyond the standard menu is entirely at their discretion.

We appreciate your understanding, and as always, we ask that all guests treat our staff with care and respect.

The fact that you are here, reading carefully, already thinking about how to be considerate? That is exactly who we want to welcome. That kind of thoughtfulness is not a liability — it is precisely what makes for a good experience, for both you and our staff.

Cultural differences and language barriers are real, and we are used to navigating them with warmth and patience. You do not need to be perfect. You just need to show up with good intentions — and you clearly already have them.
