I have just recently sacked four of my staff because of customer complaints.
If this had been a normal Japanese company, I am sure the employees would have stabbed me to death…lol
By the way…
Sales have decreased due to staff cuts, but I feel that customer satisfaction has steadily increased.
I receive more and more words of thanks from customers.
I have realised that I only need a few masseurs who I think are good. And if I had two more nice guys, that would be enough. It is difficult to manage quality masseurs and my capacity is not a lot.
My masseurs go to nice places. we meet nice customers. If they say ‘your masseuse’s service was very good’ or ‘I want to see you again’, that’s all I need to hear. It means that my values are recognised.
