To avoid any issues in advance, we have listed the following terms and conditions.
All customers agree to the following terms and conditions when making a reservation.

• If the session finishes after 11:30 pm, a taxi fee may be required. Please let us know in advance. (There may be cases where a taxi fee is not required.)
• Use by anyone under the age of 18. We will ask for identification if we suspect you are a minor.
• Excessive requests for services not included in our service menu, or acts that cause discomfort or pain to our therapists.
• Eavesdropping and voyeurism. If discovered, we will report this to the police as a criminal offense. No settlements will be accepted.
• The same applies to taking photos with a camera phone.
• Use by individuals involved in the same industry, or through scouting or other poaching of staff.
• Use by individuals affiliated with organized crime or those of a similar nature.
• Use by individuals under the influence of drugs (marijuana, stimulants, paint thinner, etc.).
• Use by individuals who are intoxicated.
• Use by individuals suspected of having or infected with a sexually transmitted disease or other infectious disease.
• Condom use is strongly recommended at our establishment. If a request or inquiry such as “Is it possible without a condom?” or “I’m on PrEP, so can we go without?” is made at any point — whether prior to, upon, or during your visit, or via message — we will decline your booking and refuse all future reservations, regardless of the circumstances. PrEP offers a degree of protection against HIV only. It provides no protection against other sexually transmitted infections, including gonorrhea, syphilis, and chlamydia. The effectiveness of PrEP depends entirely on consistent and correct adherence to the medication schedule. Clinical evidence shows that inconsistent use can reduce its efficacy significantly. Condom use is a fundamental right that protects the health of our staff, and this establishment places their well-being above all else. In the interest of protecting all of our clients from potential infection risks, no exceptions will be made under any circumstances. Furthermore, making such a request — whether upon a first meeting or via message — reflects a disregard for the trust and basic courtesy we expect from those who use our services, and falls outside the standards of conduct our establishment requires.
• Use by individuals who refuse to shower (cleanse both the body and private parts) or gargle before treatment.
• Use by individuals deemed inappropriate by our staff.
• Use by individuals who have engaged in online defamation, abusive language, or violence against our staff or therapists.
• Use by individuals who have attempted to meet or met without going through our staff (Sugar Daddy contracts, etc.).
• In the unlikely event that you encounter a staff member outside of our service, we take no responsibility for any issues that arise.
• Use by individuals who have personally demanded discounts or forced free extensions.
• Use of text and photos from our website.
• Stealing personal information of staff.
• Please refrain from sharing any personal information with our staff. This includes contact details such as phone numbers and email addresses, as well as business cards containing your company name or any other identifying information.
• Any attempt to obtain information about other customers is prohibited.
• If you pay by credit card, not paying transaction fees is prohibited.
• If you pay by credit card, it is strictly prohibited to pay with a card in someone else’s name.
• For outcall, we only accept reservations in a completely private room at home or in a hotel. We do not provide services in cruising spaces or open spaces such as capsule hotels or internet cafes.
• The top or bottom may not go smoothly depending on the customer’s size and the physical condition of the staff. Please understand that even professionals are not perfect.
• Cancellation policy: Free up to the day before, ¥5,000 on the day, and a full cancellation fee if cancelled at the last minute. This only applies to malicious and selfish cancellations.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if there are unavoidable circumstances such as a change in itinerary, a malfunctioning smartphone, or poor health. Cancellations without notice will inconvenience not only our staff but also other customers.
• In the unlikely event of a dispute, we do not accept any settlements as a general rule. All matters will be handled by the police in the jurisdiction and our legal advisor.

About our service contents and precautions. We answer frequently asked questions. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

• In recent years, regulations on consensual sexual acts between men have become stricter in Japan. But all of our services are legal in Japan.
• It is okay to touch the therapist during the massage.
• Basically, we provide massage and happy ending in the nude.
• If you would like a service other than massage or happy ending, please ask the therapist if he can do it on the spot.
• If you want shiatsu or dry massage, please let us know in advance. It’s a good idea to tell the staff whether you want them to focus on relaxation or a proper deep massage.
• We have staff who can do top and bottom, but depending on their physical condition, they may not be able to do it smoothly. Can you get an erection even if you are tired? Can you bottom when you have diarrhea or hemorrhoids? This is something you can imagine. Some customers try to do it by force or get angry — so we mention it just in case. We know that most customers are not like that. However, there are people who give in to their desires in the moment.
• You can eat and drink with the staff during the reservation time. We recommend the overnight course.
• For outcall (your hotel), transportation costs will be added depending on the distance.
• When our staff visits your hotel or home, please prepare towels or a sheet for the bed.
• Reservations for couples, friends, or 4-hands (2 therapists) must be made in advance. It may not be possible to accommodate last-minute requests.
• Not only our staff, but your contact information and privacy will never be shared or leaked.
• The rooms are completely private, so your privacy is fully protected. People around you will not know that you are gay.
• We have reported our business to the police and are known to Shinjuku Police Station.
• If there is voyeurism, theft, or violence, you will be taken to the police station and questioned. At that point, there is nothing we can do to protect you. Even if you are a foreigner, you will be judged by Japanese law. Furthermore, every country has the principle of prohibiting double punishment — suspects may be deported and punished under the laws of their home country. If your country is strict on homosexuality, please act with caution.
• In the unlikely event of a dispute, we do not accept any settlements. All matters will be handled by the police and our legal advisor.
